Once you accept a property to let through Property Concept there will be a non-refundable agency fee of 42% of one month’s rent including VAT and this will be payable immediately on taking the property either by cash, cheque or bank transfer. Once we have received payment we will take the property off the market and start paperwork.
Breakdown of Agency Fee contributes towards:
- Drawing up the documentation of your lease including the tenancy agreement Liaising with yourselves and the landlord to enable a smooth move in
- In house referencing
- External credit referencing by Letsure Guarantor arrangements (if applicable)
- Negotiating additional deposits and drawing up additional disclaimers
- Registering the deposit with either the DPS or TDS
- Arranging check in, including inventory and meter readings (if applicable)
- Registering you with all relevant utilities companies (if applicable)

If you wish to cancel your contract under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (“Consumer Contracts Regulations”) you may use this cancellation form, although you are not obliged to do so.
