Meet The Team

Tracy Robertson

Director and Founder of Property Concept

Tracy began selling property in Clifton in 1989, originally with a corporate agent before leaving to set up Property Concept. She is married with two children.

Favourite area: Clifton Village in Bristol and out of town, The Mendips.

Favourite restaurant: Hotel Du Vin or for lunch, Carluccios.

Favourite pub or bar: The Terrace at the Avon Gorge Hotel is a great place to sit in summer and enjoy the spectacular view.

Favourite day out: Watching my daughter compete at local horseshows in places like Wraxhall, Lower Failand, Belmont Estate and Ashton Court Estate.

Favourite houses: I love the brightly coloured terraced houses in Cliftonwood and the grandeur of Worcester Terrace, just a stone’s throw from Clifton.

Best professional memory: So many, but probably selling every house that came up for sale in my own street, Goldney Road, Clifton. It was always great to meet my prospective new neighbours and help existing ones happily move on.

Hobbies: Horse riding, the garden, good food shared with friends, shopping in Clifton Village.
